I found the cleanliness lacking. There was this suspicious stain on the carpet, I hope it wasn't what it looked like. the elevators seemed slow. I swear, I aged a year waiting for one. The broken ice machine on my floor only added to the charm, if you can call it that. It was like a scavenger hunt to find ice.

The hotel had a great location near the train station. the staff were lovely. I was allowed early check-in and the bathroom was nice and clean. the beds were quite comfortable too. I slept like a baby!
The trains were a bit loud. I wish i had booked elsewhere. the noise impacted my sleep. hopefully, the hotel can resolve this issue.
